Table Setting Ideas: Depression Glass for Afternoon Tea

Don't tell me you are not in love with depression glass. I can't bear to hear that.

Because I'm in love with depression glass. Always.

One can find such pleasures and contentment in admiring the beauty of depression glass. And if one wants others to admire said beauty too, one can display it for others to admire. How about at tea time? It can be all depression glass, or it can be depression glass with tableware that is not depression glass. For the latter, see, in the second photo, a dish containing Japanese-style strawberry roll cake.

On an unrelated note, I am very delighted to tell you that The Caffeinated Globe was featured again. A little over a week ago, I published this post about bread. And Stephanie of Under The Table and Dreaming featured it on her blog. You can view it here. Stephanie hosts "The Sunday Showcase Party", which I have participated in. It is a fun blogging event, with creative ideas newly presented every week.

[This post The Caffeinated Globe is participating in blogging events and blog hops as (gratefully) stated here.]
