Lovely ideas to help you make, bake, and decorate Christmas tree cupcakes that are so irresistible ...
One idea, which its baker / cupcake designer called "delicious little Christmas trees", is of spice sponge cupcakes filled with mincemeat, then frosted, in the shape of a Christmas tree, with cream cheese frosting with green food coloring, and decorated with dragees and sugar stars. Looking at these cupcakes, I wish everyday is Christmas:

The other idea is for those of us who like marzipan cupcake toppers. Cupcake flavor can be vanilla or butter, frosted with vanilla buttercream swirl frosting, then garnished with red and green sugar crystals, or bits of red and green maraschino cherries, and topped with marzipan Christmas tree toppers with gold sugar crystals. I definitely cannot resist this marzipan Christmas tree:
